I've been harassing Chrysler to deliver my srt8 gc which has been stuck in KZL mode for a month now ,ive now been told after putting pressure on them and telling them i would sue them for my rental costs and i would go with another company which respects delivery dates that the truck is rush priority (what ever that means) .
the point is that when i called 1-800-465-2001 and pressed 0 to speak to a regional section manager during the wait i was asked if i wanted to participate in a survey which i said no and then the message said to simply ask for the $ 50 rebate on any mopar parts
