i was wondering the car wash places with the tracks you have to drive the car on then kick it in N while the tracks move the car through the wash... can this cause damage to our rims.. our tires are also more wide then normal tires so I don't even know if they will fit in the car was tracks?

The ywill fit in the track, and should not cause any wheel damage...but you never know. I can say, if you ever have to have your car towed on a flat bed, be very careful when he puts the cable on to hoist it up,.....it will tear into the lower fascia causing at least $400 in damage.

well i took my car into jax one time and I put my car into park when I drove on the track... once the track started to move, it was dragging my car because I forgot to put the car in "N"
when I heard the noise of the track and saw my car was being draged, i was not sure if my car was damaged. but it ran fine and nothing seems to be wrong with the trans... ? do you guys think I caused damage but I don't know it or just got lucky?

The local automatic/hand car wash here in Richmond has not scratched my rims at all after 4 or more separate washes. However, a good car wash attendant will watch out for this and not allow your car to go through the automatic wash if the tires don't fit the "trench".

well the guys who run the jax car wash here in MI seems like all they know how to do is steal a car and not really giving a $%$% about helping you...
they didn't even stop the track when they saw my car was not in N..
they just started yelling telling me to put it in N after about 10 sec..
no that I think about it, i would much more want to hav my car dirty then washed by any jax... and some of the jax places take your car through for you... do not trust them to drive my car through...
