Have the DataViewer installed on the laptop got the predator hooked up and during lunch went out to "log" a couple of runs. 1 problem...NOTHING logged

What am I doing wrong? Just followed the directions (car on, plug everything in and it then hit that bolt looking thing right?

Not sure how u r doing it...I log via predator then I upload it to PC to see what it was doing...BUT first you need to pick what parameters u want to log...

Exactly.....read the directions that initially flash up. If you are working with a tuner did he give you a list to select from the PID file?

If he did, select them, name them and hit the save icon on the upper right.

You have to connect the tool (tool will say under remote control), may be the lightening bolt or a button toward top left. Then circle (C) in it, near the record button. All the gauges will show live data. IF you did all that but it didn't record, then you must hit the red circle to starting recording. When you are done, press stop then name your file and save it.

not sure if i follow ya... just start all over b/c its really so simple that at first i thought it wasnt going to work when I first attempted it

make sure everything in your rig is OFF... no stereo... doors locked...lights off... than from what i remember plug the pred into the ecu and choose your option and than turn the key into the ON position but dont start it and also make sure key is in OFF position when you plug predator in
