issue has been fully resolved

I received my ESP/FAN Mod today and noticed the same thing about the ABS. But I installed it and it's great. I can burn out and even get sideways on dry pavement. You have to be careful with it turned on.

I think your post title is a little misleading. Although I do NOT agree with the 20% Re-stock fee if it never came to you and the order was cancelled, I don't think a "mis-print" should be enough reason to "stay away" form a company. Mis-prints happen all the time, and there was nothing shifty about their answers.

I do not have this mod, nor do I plan on getting it any time soon, however I think that GSM should refund your order in full if it was never shipped to you/installed by you.

At the same time, you should really do your best to resolve the situation with the Vendor BEFORE you come onto the boards to slander their name.

You'll see the frustration many went through trying to get, and never receiving a straight answer from GSM concerning this mod. AKA's treatment was mild compared to some of us. Scott @ GSM, intentional or not, misrepresented the product & when forced to admit their error, stated the Website would be changed immediately, a month later it hasn't happened. My experience with them was worse the AKA's in the long run. Peruse the thread mentioned & decide for yourselves. Mike & Scott @ GSM failed miserably at being upfront & honest concerning this product.

That is extreamly suprising to me!I highly doubt that you did not receive the product and they charged you.I can understand why they would have to charge you if you sent it back,but it seems like your are just crying.I ordered the ESP fan mod from them and when I received it there were a few pices missing.I called Scott and explained to him what was missing.He took my word for it and 2nd day air me the parts.I was soo impressed by the company and there service that I spent another $2900.00 and ordered the ported and polished heads :D Will let you guys know what there like as soon as they are installed.Bottom line don't try to bash someones company because your a baby

The return policy of 20% is standard in the industry and is only charged on special order items and items that have been shipped.

The order cancelation policy is 5% and this is for orders that have not been shipped and this simply covers c/c fee's


We have an excellent reputation , we run what we sell and we are the only companys that I know of that spends over a half million dollars on the latest vehicles to bring new products to market and we own a Jeep SRT8 . This is a new mod and we simply added this to the other esp mods on our order page which was designed for all the other vehicles we do and that is confusing, so we have 2 new web sites and alot of new items

we have sent a change in to our current site to clear any confusion there also

No Scott it wasn't posted correctly. The post you refer to states only that the ABS light would be activated, no mention is made that the ABS would be inoperative and on your website, until today it still stated in BOLD RED LETTERS ABS is not affected by this mod. Today, six weeks later, you have added a statement on your website that the ABS is cut-off by this mod on the Jeep SRT-8.

Please re-read my post. I was not "bashing" the producer, in fact, sticking up for the fact that he shouldn't have been charged a re-stocking fee. I simply suggested, that IMHO, he should contact GSM BEFORE making a post on a national forum. It usually gets things resolved easier.

I can understand your confusion to my post, and reading your situation, your frustration with GSM, but please, do not interpret my words as "bashing."

I actually did talk to Patrick(the producer) and we worked out his re stocking fee to a order cancelation fee of 5% or $11.00

This was a mistake on our part.

This was an internet order and the refund was processed with a return invoice and mailed, this is the first I heard of it and I personally corrected the mistake.

I will not argue the point that the item was added to our web page incorrectly, but I CLEARLY stated in this forum and others how the mod affected abs light on the Jeeps and my orignial post link dated 3/9 as listed in my response

We could argue shades of grey....all day

Now our SRT jeep hauls ass and we will be posting a video of the SRT8 Jeep Burning the tires and leaving 5+ feet of tire marks and its nearly stock....wait till we have the Supercharger on in the coming weeks.>!
