Ok guys here's the deal my buddy is going to get a tb ss tomorrow brand new for $21k:confused:.. He's is talking all this sh!t about how he's going to smoke me:rolleyes:.. I just cant wait until i get the jeep outta storage and show him whats up.. Below is a list of my mods and the day i get it out of storage im taking it to Dynosteve's new store in Painesville to have him install the slp pulley, nitrious, And a Tune.. I just cant wait till i pull up next to his tb and smoke his a$$.. What do tb's run stock anyways??

For 21k, wow thats cheap, chevy is sure desperate!!! You will smoke him even if you were stock, your buddy must not know anything about the GCSRT8 or even an SS of that matter. Are you asking what hp they run or 0-60 and 1/4 mile etc. 390 hp if thats what you were askin.

1/4 mile times... i know theyre pushing 390-(at the motor). What are they pushing at the wheels?? I read somewhere that 1 with fucll exhaust, tune and intake was only pushing 286 at the wheels?? WTF i hope they're doing better than that lol.....:D

I'm not sure about that but there are a couple guys on the forum who have both GCSRT8 and SS, they'll chime in sooner or later. But I do know that a stock GCSRT8 will beat a SS with a tune, intake, and exhaust with room to spare:D

i believe there pushin around 310 320ish to the wheels. alot easier to mod than the GC. stock ss usually a high 13 sec to low 14's in 1/4. uh you should have no problem with him. the 2wd is uaully faster but awd launches better. I believe the GC run's low 13 if not 12 stock. If he's modded then its a different story. the ls2 has a **** load of mods available and are cheap ( compared to srt8) and really take to being modded. Ofcourse if hes pretty hard on it he could just simply blow his tranny. there the main weak point in those trucks.

just go get you some...........or let him fender you and do it again and drop a bomb on him............

HAHAHA i cant wait... And he never does anything to his cars, Leaves them bone stock (every1 of them).. I was telling him the first things he needs to do(exhaust,tune,intake) and his response was " im just gonna put a muffler on it" :confused: WTF is that going to do!! Yes it is a left over 08. They have 2 of them.. I was actually thinking about getting the other one.

I have seen a few at the track (cai/exhaust) not break into the 13's. Go smoke that fool!

The SS msrp is higher than 25K - more 32-39 dep on options. Of course, you can get killer deals and no more trailblazers will be made after 12/23/08.:mecry:

That is probably about an average time for a stock SS. My SS with intake only (no tune) ran 9.06 in the 1/8.

theres 2 different v8s for the trailblazer and i believe the saab is the 5.3. i might be wrong though.

They are marked down to a 24k sticker price.... ^^ Stang also said they are 25k in NW.. GM is hurting really bad.. And he gets 5k off the price which brings it to 19k..
