I was thinking of trading my beast in for a more practical car for the Northwest.
What do you guys think about these Land Rover LR3's?

Nope. If you do expect to be in the service department a whole lot.

Soo very true...friend has one and he always is driving a loaner. I feel it goes in at least once a month for service. Always something electrical.

My ex gf's mom had one. The air suspension was always giving problems, leaning on one side. Total POS.

Consumer reports rates the WK near the bottom for SUVs. THe LR is one of like 3 that are rated lower than the Jeep.

Sweet. Thanks for the advice. I don't think I could handle a truck under 400hp anymore, anyway!

This is probably coming from one who has never owned one. If so, my apologies.

garbage. The only one I would ever trade for is a Range Supercharged. And even they break down a TON.

It is now an Indian Car Company. Alwyas had reliability problems. They are nice when they run, and I believe they still offer a decent warranty with freebies as far as what is included. Work a good deal, but they are slow. Even the Supercharged sport is slow.

haha, don't ever buy Range Rover unless your the off road king. They look real pretty but wow do they suck and brake down all the time. I have met 2 LR3 owners that had to replace there motors? UH thats cool.....My sis replaced her motor on her DiscoveryII
