I am going to pick up a set of the Weathertech Floor Liners. For those who have them, if people don't mind, could you post and let me know what colour you got? I am deciding between grey and black. Black is black, but wondered if the grey is a good match and which looks better. Thanks.

I got the grey interior and the black for the rear

I'm really happy because the grey is a perfect match to the rest of the interior but I felt the black was better for the rear compartment.

I have to say although the front mats fit really well the rear doesn't. I had to trim it for the Video system but it still doesn't lie quite right. If you don't have a lot of traffic in the back I would skip that one.

I have black, and they look great. Remember, they're plastic, so they blend with the other black elements of the interior very well.

I have grey Nifty mats. They are great & way better than stock. I like then because they are carpet-covered & bigger than stock.

Our company hauls private passengers 24-7 and I use these in our fleet of Chrysler minivans and they are outstanding fit and function. Highly recommended.

My experience though is that the black shows the dirt/footprints right away and I am not sure if grey will be the same. Thats not my biggest worry though since i will keep them clean anyway.

But so far the jury is pretty split between grey and black. I will wait to hear from more, but if anyone has some pics to post that would be great.

Thanks again.

I have the Nifty Catchall 3 piece set too. Love em. They are huge, cover the whole dead pedal area. I prefer carpeted mats. I even added SRT8 logos. See the photo gallery for a pic.

i have gray in the jeep and black in the magnum. the gray matches very well with the interior. i think black would stand out a bit.

Hey guys,

Sorry to bump, but was still looking for pics of the black Weathertech Liners installed in a GC SRT8. The weather is turning and I would like to get these very soon! Its the whole, have them stand out in black as an accent or let them blend in with grey... Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the grey and love it. Black would stick out way too much as there's almost no black anywhere in the interior.

I just put in the black this morning. I feel it works well with the other black accents in the dash and console. Either color will look fine.

I went through the same thoughts as you and I chose black for the contrast. I am very happy with the performance and fit. I will admit that the monochrome of the grey concerned me at first but now that I've seen pictures the grey look great too. Either way, flip a coin if you can't make up your mind, you can't go wrong.

good luck

Hey Timster - put up some pictures when they are fitted

The weathertech are great in the snow and slush where I live but I won't keep them in for summer - too hard - not cosy enough!:D

My Weathertech Liners have arrived in Grey all around. They look great and fit is very good, with the except of the second row seating tray that needs to be trimmed due to my rear DVD which has yet to be turned on.

Went with Grey with final convincing by supplier who told me they are much easier to keep clean. My factory mats already have salt stains I need to take out.

Anyone who trimmed have any helpful tips?
