I gotta chime in here guys, I just installed my B&B catback that I got from Ed yesterday, and the difference is remarkable, you will love this exhaust, and the service from southern hot rod. . . if anyone is considering an exhaust, make this the one, you will be grinning staring at those cannons bellowing out the back of the truck just like I am!!!

Dr. Steve,

How is the sound on regular driving? I am looking for something that is really not noticable inside the truck if your are just highway or normal driving and that waits till you get on it to start scaring people.

I'm not going to lie to you, there is a noticeable difference at all times, not an intolerable drone, and I like the sound, but especially around 40mph around town, it is fairly loud. For the most part, it is mildly louder than stock at all times, and hellish on WOT. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying the sound of this system, but if you are looking for zero increased interior noise in a cat back, this is not the one for you

There is another option to add additional mufflers to the system.
It is an additional $175 for this option.

Do we know anyone with this option that can give a similar review to the one given by the good doctor?

Also, I would guess there are hp and torque losses from the additional mufflers?

I have a local guy with this "quiet" option. He says it's "Wife Approved"! LOL

I don't think anyone has put the "Quiet" system on a dyno. I can't imagine that there would be any noticeable loss of power.

I don't see anyone noticeable power gains/losses at the pedal, but it sounds like a bat outta hell!
