Soooo..... i'm thinking that my next ride will be the '09 cts-v. Now here is the dilemma ...colors... 2x combos i'm stuck on

1. Raven ( black )
2. White Diamond ( That nice creme escalade color )

I had multiple black cars before and I always get drawn back to them but on the cts-v site i did the 360view w/ the white diamond and i must say it looked pretty sick. I pictured getting those rims coated in black chrome and mmmhmm gave me wood...whatya think guys ?

unfortunately auto. i just can't deal with the stop and go and using the car on business with a manual -- now i just have to wait

^ yea i'm stuck on auto vs manual. I dont mind driving stick daily driving but i also wouldnt mind having the auto for that quick shifting. Only issue is i'd hate to see it have auto issues trans issues since its a new trans.

^ i think its going to be around 65-66k fully loaded. 60k starting price. Not bad at all for what you get. Especially compared to a GTR.

Mine will be black/black..but with the soft real estate market, I may have to lose the GC :(

I will be buying the new CTSV also, BUT I will never buy a 09.......I will own a 2010.....TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS, let them work out the bugs in that thing.....I purposly waited to buy my 05, back in the day, even though the 06 was refined.......BLACK duh....white is super clean though......

You can buy an $80K STS-V with <15K miles for less than $35K now...nutty! I sold my V for ~45% of the orig cost after 2 years and 24K miles and a SLEW of issues. I like the new V but I hope the quality is better......way better.

That was mostly because of the rear end/quality of the car! The NEW one is a whole different animal. But your right, my buddy just got at STSV for like 32K with no miles.....Thats awesome.....

My rear was fine, it was the interior, nav, radio, arm rest, tie rods, headlight washers, wheel finish, warped rotors, exhaust rattles, clutch...etc....off the top of my head. Great car and fun to drive but in the shop way too much. I wish well for the new V, likely a used car puchase for me in 2-3 years.

Perhaps true but it'll be sitting on dealer lots after 6-9 months like the SRT8 Challenger and GT500 Mustang. Shat, I saw a brand spankin new 08 GT500 vert black on black marked down $12K this past weekend. Who woudathunkit! :eek:
