chippy 11-08-2008, 04:14 PM I thought I would pass along the reminder to play safe...I lost a good friend last night as he was coming home in his 08 Z06 it broke lose going up a hill with a bit of a bend and he hit the ditch probably around 150 mph..... we could not find him all night until a passer by viewed the wreck way off in a farmers field once it got light out this morning.... Please respect the power and speed we love and appreciate but stay safe.... I would not own one. Too easy to get them out of control. Almost like a defect in the car. Not sure if it is more the Goodyears or bad design on the car.
