Hey guys, as most of you know, I've been out of town for a few months, but I will be home in late November. I'll be home until mid January.

With christmas coming up, I'm sure some of my DIY SRT neighbors will need somewhere to install their new mods. It will be cold, and wet outside, etc.

So, I'm throwing this out there to you guys:
I own a tire/muffler shop. While I'm home, if anyone needs to use my place to install stuff, we can do it after hours there. We have a lift that is great for installing aftermarket exhausts, welding up new mufflers, lube service, and whever else. We also have a new tire machine. The balancer is old and beatup but it works. There is also lots of floor space for spring installation/brakes/CAI/etc.

The shop usage will be free, I'll hangout and help for free.
This is just a chance to help out fellow SRT owners and meet people from the forum.

The shop is located about 1hr45min south of Dallas, 1hr north of Waco, and 2 hours north of Austin.
Hico, TX 76457

note: This service only applies to the SRT you own. I'm not reponsible for broken stuff, vehicle damage while in the shop, or any enjury you would incure while working in my shop. It is just a casual get-together, not a business transaction. Also, we are closed on sunday so if the project will take longer than a few ours we will set it up to do then. I can't have a buddies car tieing up shop space during business hours.

Just send me a PM, and we can set something up.
I wanna meet ya'll and see your rides, and help out were I can.

That sounds great. I just need to buy a tig welder...sounds like a good excuse.

BTW, all the metal fabrication equipment is in my personal shop. We can do it there. We need to find a donor hood in a junkyard or something to experiment with.

Let's do this for real!

I'm in the process of checking on hoods now!..They make a replacement steel hood..a lot cheaper than aluminum..I have a line on a donor Pontiac ****(secret)hood with vents..expensive though, but they are steel..my experience is in steel fab. I have a wire feed with gas and can but weld or spot/stitch,which I can use .. Your english wheel and other stuff could come in handy! I will check with you later!
