Anyone know of any places in the J-ville area? Preferably not an apartment complex/turned condos. Looking for something with character, downtown is fine, san marco is fine, beaches would be great. Jason My sister has a friend who purchased a real nice new construction condo as an investment during the boom. When the music stopped she was left still holding it. She now is trying to rent it out weekly, monthly,yearly whatever. I have actually stayed in it and it is very nice, furnished with a one car garage. It is not real close to the beaches though, it is located in Orange Park (SW side of Jax.)
