This might be completely not what you are looking for, but it's just an idea.
Have you ever seen that rubber stuff (they sell it at home depot and other places that you can buy tools) that is like a liquid rubber that you dip the handle of your tools into and it coats it, then drys just like rubber. It comes in black, blue, yellow, or whatever color you want. It's similar to dipping a candle in wax, the more you dip it, the thicker the coating is. Well anyways you should get an idea of what I'm talking about by now.
You could buy a billet antenna, then dip it in this black rubber coating, and you would have a black rubber looking antenna.

Black ones are all over eBay. Depends you want a billet one, a bit thicker than stock, or more like stock, just short. And then you'll find 6, 9, 12. I have a 12 billet I can still get good radio reception, if that matters.
I almost swear ts 1/4-20 but i did mine last year.

Advanced auto parts or any other auto parts store pep boys, they all sell universal car/truck antennas that are black with different thread attachments
ussually half the length of the oem, so it looks a little cooler. Good luck btw under $20
