When I replace that i had everything and now there water leak(BIG) so I am needing answers of what is wrong.

What is wrong is you should first calm down and express yourself clearly so that we can understand your situation!

I just had mine replaced at 13k, had been leaking since about 10K miles. quick fix, took about an hour.

i have changed the water pump when i install my heads and cam in 20k

there were little leak....

Double check and make sure that you have tightened all the hose clamps and that all of the bolts are tight too.If all of those are tight, you might have let the new gasket slip out of place when replacing it or quite possibly have left out the gasket, gasket sealer or maybe left some of the old gasket material on the engine block, which will cause it to not seat correctly and seal it.
