Anybody have a direct line or extension? I was just speaking to a real ******* and he cancelled my warranty claim I had on file. He said there is nobody above him and he wouldn't give me any information.

They can't just void a warranty claim based on a phone conversation the claim can only be denied after the dealership has gone over the problem, diagnosed it and found that that the issue was not caused by something other than what you are claiming. If a warranty claim is turned down it has to be in writing explaining why in detail.

No, this was over a 2nd key. Chrysler is saying they aren't liable since I didn't buy it though them and if I don't buy a 2nd key, and this stops working it's going to cost more since the 1st key is needed to program the 2nd. Seems kind of ****ty.

I call the 800 number, I get somebody out of the country and put on hold for 15 minutes to talk with somebody in MI. But then I get *******s who don't listen, just talk, and hang up. Won't even give me their name or employee ID.

Immediately write to them trhu their website, chrysler Jeep. It worked for me. Be polite and factual.

The customer service really pisses me off. ****ing *******s kept saying there was static on the line like I was on a cell phone. I had to repeat my VIN numerous time. I shut them right up when I said I was on a landline.
