UPS has set up our tool that calculates Customs fees, duty and handling. These are the numbers that it returns. How does the delivered price compare to what your delivered price is locally?

Yeah Newfie UPS is straight up Gangster. I ordered wheels, tires, and finally it was a predator that changed my mind about using ups. I got charged a $80 delivery fee on a $330 predator! So instead of getting it locally for $370- I got gang raped at $410.
See if any tireshops can get around using UPS and use USPS (postal services courier). Turns out that even though they are a courier they are viewed as a postal carier when it comes to duty and fees at the boarder and the fee's are waaaaayyyyy less. On a $300 bwoody I paid $10. The kicker with UPS is the brokerage fee that applies on everything. On my wheels the lug nuts were sent on sperately and UPS charge me $32 in brokerage and duty fee's- $27 was in brokerage fees. If you cant use USPS it isnt going to be worth it in most cases - just what Ive learned personally the hard way.
