i jsut got home and there is a letter from my dealership that my rig is now due its first service, so i called them , the price , wait for it ,,, £282 plus vat , about $600:eek::eek: no feccking way i said,, i mean she has done less than 4k , what at most will she need ?, an oil and filter change at most ,

my mate who has a garage is gonna do it for about $200 , and as long as he uses jeep parts my warranty is safe ,,,,,, what a rip off

First service is nothing more than the oil and filter. Goes for around $130 here. I would ask the first place if that comes with a reach around.

$600 for an oil change... I will do it for $500 ;)

they are a shower of robbing ****s,, their labour charges are running at 70bux an hr
