my left exaust tip lets out more smoke and gets dirtyer than my right. is this normal? my right works also but i have a little over 1000 miles on it and the color shading is notisable from one another.

Mine did the same thing...(got a Mopar exhaust today)...so you are not alone.

The stock Muffler has baffles on the PS, balanced exhaust flow, to equal the DS, that's open through the muffler. This is normal on a stock exhaust system. Loss of HP is due to not equal flow, MO? I'm going to test this theory by next summer, ref. hints from the SRT Engs at the Nats? Gene

I actually noticed the same thing today ... was sitting outside in my other car looking at the Jeep and it was cold out, and i saw almost all the smoke coming out of the drivers side exhaust tip, almost none out the passenger side.
