Had a blast today at the local airport flashlight drags. Even though motor wise I only have a CAI and 180 t-stat so far as mods. Time to get my CMR tune ;)

I've heard of 2 other GC SRT8's that go there and was hoping to meet some fellow SRT owners. But they were no shows :(

At the end of the day I signed up for the street bracket racing. First round I beat a newer mustang mach-1. Second round I lost to a modified trans-am ws6. I knew I was going to lose that race. I watched him run a few times during the day and knew he was faster than me. I had him off the line but half way down the track he blew past me.

But I had a blast as it was my first time ever at a drag racing event. :D

Hey Tony, did you race a '98 5.2L ZJ 3 times?
I think I saw the video of that jeep racing you on another forum.
Here it is... Man that ZJ kicked a$$, but at the same time was no match for the SRT8.
