Hi all I've got a 04 Lightning and looking to get something new. I've been looking at GC srt-8 will it be similar in the power department I would like to get close to the 400hp at the wheels I've got now as well as handle as well as the Lightning. tks

I traded a 1999 black svt-150 lightning for my silver GC srt8, similar power, hooks better, ride is ok(could be better-DCX fell short here), feel is nimble for an suv,torque monster due to low gear of 5sp auto.Should get the jump on just about anything. Once true tuning options become available, you should be happy. WORTH A TEST DRIVE.:D

I think the ride is just fine, what kind of ride do you expect from a Sport Tuned Vehicle???... Do you mean it is too stiff? Or not stiff enough.. please elaborate... Thanks Bud.

This issue has been hashed over before, somewhat heated at times. If you feel the ride is fine, thats quite allright by me. Just remember this is a public forum, open to many opinions no matter how indifferent they might seem.:(
I will say this, I feel the ride can be improved and I am working on that. ..............., thats all gonna say bout that.:)
