.....you call your Dealer to schedule an oil change, they look you up in the computer, confirm the appointment you are making is for your GC SRT8 and they tell you "it's time for a tire rotation." Then, when you explain that a standard tire rotation is not possible on this vehicle, they ask "why not?" then say "that can't be possible."

Yikes - it makes you wonder what else they might do.

I might just use my local mechanic - he seems to know more about the SRT8

I have had some serious lack of service from 2 dealerships that I brought mine to. EACH time I have made an appointment at least 1 week in advance, and each time I go to drop it off, they tell me that they do not have my appointment in the computer....each time they have had it all day for oil change, straighten/align exhaust tips. I even had the Shuttle driver that picked me up at the end of the day tell me that the service department "forgot" about me. I love my jeep but I hate the customer service dodge provides. Dodge should go and buy a Toyota or a Lexus and experience what customer service is all about.

It was all warranty work and my oil changes are free as I got the extended warranty. I will be taking it in next week for my 2nd oil change and if my experience is the same.....well, lets just say that customer service should also be as good as the vehicle.
