Those appear to be anti-chip stone shields. I have them on my 06 GC SRT8 as well, but they are as prominent as yours.

YUp-- that's what they are. I don't have tem on my 06.

I don't have them on my 07 so it must havebeen your dealer who put them on

Stone/chip protectors, They are however out of place,should have been placed forward approx. 3 inches or so,directly behind wheel opening. Clear bra kits usually provide those with the lower door or the rocker kits.
