So I got my tires on, and they are amazing!! I'm curious, what psi would be best to run with the 275/315 combo? Right now I have them at 35psi cold, and they heat up to about 38 after driving.

What would you guys recommend?

Here are pics of the Vreds and the Crapyears that were tearing apart!! And yes, I did get a front end alignment yesterday at my Jeep Dealer on their brand new alignment machine, and my front was out by a tiny bit.

20k miles on the stockers.

My buddy's Jeep only had about 12000 before replacement for that, an 08

Mine has about 13000 and I can see the wear so maybe another 2000 at most, worst now with the Eibach springs

Mango, how did you balance them? Standard machine or road force?

Standard machine balance.

Maybe around 38 and see how it feels and adjust as needed, I keep the runcraps in the low 30s

38 really? Why so high? larger tire side doesn't necessitate higher PRESSURE does it?

Where talking air pressure not air volume

Higher pressure lower rolling resistance = better gas mileage

Lower pressure more contact patch = better handling

Its really a balance you need to figure out for your self.

I run low tire pressure to take the edge off the rough ride of the crapflats

Let me also say that I am not a tire expert (although I might have been one in a previous life )

So take what I say with a grain of salt.

I like the look of them. However, from the pic of the rear do they appear a little skinny for being 315's or is it just my old eyes?;)

They are a nice looking tire. How do they handle/ride? Are they rated as all season(web site doesn't say)? I run the oem's at over 36psi, I don't like squishy feeling.

So far they are FANTASTIC!! I love them. I havn't driven or driven in any other SRT8 without runflats so I can't compare to others. But ride quality is vastly improved over the harshness of the Runflats.

I just installed Vredestiens as well. I have had other non run flats' Pirelli scorpion Ice and snow winter tires. These run much smother than these let alone the run flats. I have not maid up my mind about pressure yet either, but to start with I am going to run factory specks of 33 cold. I may want to have more, but will start there.

Are they runflats? How much $?

The Vred's are not runflats. I'd do as Ronald mentioned and start with 33 cold and review.

I love these friggen tires!!!

Yeah whatever you do, don't talk to Jose at Fairmount. He quotes you different prices lol

People gawk at the tread pattern on these tires too, I took the truck to a car show and people were commenting on them all night! Traction and ride quality are vastly improved, like everyone stated about going non-runflat.

Congrats on the new tires. I run them at 35-36 and they heat up to about 38-39. You could add a pound or two for AAA Obama and + your mpg on road trips. These tires are great and at a very good price. Hard to find both these days in anything. Caught a nail in my right rear and the plug has held well for 1500 miles with some real running in those miles.
