I've received a number of requests lately for thermal intake gaskets that don't cause an airflow disturbance (aka dogleg) directly in front of the intake ports, or add intake runner length like a phenolic spacer will. They will work on all SRT8s.
We now have some on the way (should be here within 2 weeks). They are called Thermalnators, made by a company that makes parts for Mercedes and other high end European cars, here's a pic of the SRT4 version:

They are a mere .002" thicker than a stock gasket but compress to exactly the same thickness once installed. Price will be $105 + shipping.

Do you just bolt these in or do they need silicone or some other type of sealer ?

No silicone, these replace the gaskets and just bolt right on.
