Not sure if others have seen this yet, I didn't see it posted.
I got a letter last week to go to a Good Year center and let them look at my tires. The center had no idea what I was talking about and system was down, so no info.
Back today they tell me that the serial numbers of all four of my stock eagles are within the range of possible problem tires.
They will order four replacements and then ask me to come in so that they can tear them down and check the inside.
Apparently some of these tires have a bad seam on an internal layer. The seam should make a ridge inside the tire and if no ridge, then problem.
Anyone else had these changed out? I've been one my tires since march so I'm hoping for four replacements.
