Hi guys, want to share this with the board to keep all those SRT8's looking good and well protected from tar, bugs and UV sun damage.

I have used this product on my boat and nothing else touches it in term of UV protection and the ease with which grime and dirt washes off. It also lasts a long time since you also apply it to fiberglass boat hulls for those few extra MPH's and retard marine growth.

It is called Starbrite premium marine polish with Teflon. It is a creamy smooth white liquid, goes on very easy and easy off also but the results will dazle you and it's durability will make you abandon all of the top line car polishes, which I have tried many of and now use this product for my vehicles.

Try it on your front grill for starters before bug season and watch how easily they get washed off.

I just called starbrite, they say you can get it at advance autoparts store. I must say cust service was excellent and fast. The rep said the best is the premium marine polish with PTEF, and as SRT Canuck states the bugs and grime come off with ease. The rep stated.

Thanks I was hoping for a Canadian retailer as the post looks like it comes from a Canadian. We just don't have the range of performance shops you have in the States. The retailer (Advance Autparts?)you mentioned I'm sure is not up here.

I bought my Starbrite at a boating marine store. I'm not sure if non-marine stores carry them. You don't need to goop it on thick either. All you want is a light thin white hazed coat to wipe off.

I used it on Regal Ventura 8.3, which I trailered but there was nothing worse than pulling her out of the water after a day's boating and having to clean off the grime ring left on the boat at water level from the marina or cleaning exhaust grimes from under the integrated swim platform. After applying this wax, I could wash it off easily with some soapy water and a soft sponge.

I like things nice and clean and shiney, but I hate have to bust my balls to get to that point. Hence when I found this product and it worked, I stuck with it.

ps: If you can't find it at a local boat marine store in your area, you can always try online.
