Track Day At No Problem Raceway

I've got it all set if we can get at least 10 people committed and pre-paid. The more we can register the less it will cost each of us! I'm not looking to make a profit just have fun! 20 people will get cost down well under $200 each!
We will have 1/2 day of Drag Racing & 1/2 Day Road Course Racing
$3000 to rent the track for entire day (Sunday)
$200 to prep drag strip
$40/hr ambulance staff
$20 - Walkie Talkies for corner workers
$100 - $200 For me to get Breakfast & Lunch for everyone

Basically about $3750 total

Thanks for stepping up and organizing this! I am in. I think we're good for at least 10. Will do either day. Maybe we'll get into the hight 80s by September! Tiger Football will be going on, so maybe we'll catch a few on the way home from Tiger Stadium. Folks from east TX or MS AL, and elsewise, you're close enough to maybe join in if you get a wild hare....

Tell the boss your closest cousin is really ill. Track day is on a Sunday, you won't miss much work :)

Just selling. Trying to get out of my loan.. I need to buy a house.. but have another car to drive.

Count me in if we get at least 10. Suggest a day in OCT or NOV due to temps, but not a show stopper for me.

There are very few weekend dates available. I'm not sure if anything is open in Nov or Dec. I'll double check.
