Hey guys I just came back from a Skip Barber class Called "SRT track experiance". Time of a lifetime fellas. It is available for free for any new SRT owners. Just go to srttrackexperiance.com I am pretty sure that is the site. I got to drive the GC Jeep (but only on the drag strip), Magnum, Charger, Crossfire, 300C, and last but not least the 510 HP Viper. Nothing like it. The jeep sucks itself to the earth, it was sick! By the way I haven't received my Jeep yet so it was a very good opportunity to see what the SUV was really capable of. There were people there that new nothing about the GC Jeep and when they saw it they said hands down it was the best out on the track. There a re only a few dates left, so go on and register before they are all booked. I'd like to say what up to all the people that have attended, and I would also like to see those that did post a little something on here. At least what state and what track you were driving. Before I go i want to state that I will be posting some video footage a soon as I can format it.

Theft, could you tell us which track you went to. I'm in NorCal...... Just wondering !! I just got back from the Bob Bondurant school of hi performance
driving in Phoenix, AZ. It was well worth the money. I also will be looking forward to the SRT experiance.

Yea sorry about that. I went to the one in Connecticut called Lime Rock. The Instructor/Pro driver named Dean Di Giancamo (Not sure if i spelled that right) was cool as hell. At the end the instructors throw you in the car of your choice and take you for two laps. Dean was crazy in the Magnum. Kinda wish i would have got in with him but I wanted to feel my Jeep in action. About Daytona, the instructors seemed pretty hype about going down there.

I went to Limerock on April 4. It was the most fun I had in a long time. Don't miss it! - and don't let the pushy unsophisticated sorts get you down. Everyone will get drive time. More importantly, don't be the pushy immature type. Remember, we're grown-ups now.

I went to Las Vegas in February. It was my second time at the Track Experience and just as much fun as the first. I knew I had to have a GC SRT-8 after driving them in Vegas and bought mine as soon as they came available. My friend that went with me is thinking of trading in his SRT-10 on a CG SRT-8 as well. Looking forward to going again on the next round. The instructors said they are trying to schedule the new Miller Raceway here in Utah for next year. That would be way cool!:)

Cool pictures with the Mountains in the background! I'm scheduled May 6th at "Road America" in Wisc. Hear great things about the school and can't hardly wait to attend. The sell a lot of cool hat and items there too! I love the ramp exit speeds of 65 mph vs 35 and the tires at their limits. My GC SRT-8 ran at the drag strip, 13.31 ET 1.870 60' 101.97 mph bone stock and beat a built Pontiac WS6 on the top end! A SUV that drives and handles like a sports car! Gene :D

I have now contacted SRT Track Experiance and found out guidelines for transferring the track experience I will not be using. If anyone has interest in purchasing it, please P.M. me....Thanks....J
