Hello,

I just spent $490.00 on a 9006 / HB4 6000k HID Conversion kit for my 2006 JGC SRT8; I had a local business install the kit this afternoon; as I was leaving the parking lot, I checked the lights; only one side came on; in order for both left/right lights to work, I had to turn the lights on/off a few times. The technician was puzzled; any suggestions????? he charged me $137 for the install. He stated that he would try calling xenondepot tomorrow. Please help.

Doctor I had the exact same problem. You need to install a couple of relays. If your guy was a pro and all he did was just mount the ballasts and plug in the HID's into the stock sockets and that's it, then he really ripped you off. A good installer would of installed it properly. It's not Xenondepot's fault. Now if he did install Relay's and it's still acting up, then you have a bad ballast. Ok.. Let us know how it goes.

You should not have paid that much and not had a relay kit installed, go back and make him do it.
