Hi all really nice to join you i buy a new srt and i want to ask what is the speed limit for the first 1000 km or there are no limit cause here in saudi they told me that i have to be within 100km\hr (60m\hr) , soo pleeeeeeeeeease help me i love my new car sooooo much , and i don't want anything to happen :confused::confused:

Really no WOT from a dead stop for the first 500 miles, but just drive it normally as you would any new car and after the 500 miles then you can have some fun. I went 300 miles before the fun started and have had no issues.

this engine should be broken in like a dirt bike- you use it from day 1 like you plan on using it for the rest of its life. Let it warm up a little and then follow instructions above- they know what they're talking about.

I do a little of both... baby when cold then I have stommed and raced a few unsuspecting victims since day one. The first time I let her loose (100 km's on odo) I pretty much scared myself as much as I did the guy I was racing! There rigs are BEASTS... demon possessed vehicles!!!

It even says in my handbook, WOT during highway driving is advisable...I was only too pleased to oblige. Just don't do any hard launches for the first 500 miles to get the drivetrain bedded in.
