When this happens does a light come on? Does the car have a warning system? Just a quick question.

no it just pissed on the floor
i dont think it has lost enough fluid to trigger any light
although the dealer has told me not to drive it and to call out Chrysler assist

Took a year to happen to me. They said it wasn't the O ring, but was something else, but that was the service advisor talking. Am sure it was the O ring. Of course you can't check the tranny fluid, which is a PITA, so you don't know if you still have a safe amount to drive on. But if thats the first leak, you will still have plenty to drive it to the stealer.

Yep, you are officially in now. It sounds like the o-ring, but they usually start off making a dime to quarter size spot. The dealer did mine in less than twenty minutes without an appointment.
