So you've emailed everyone in the US & none of them have answered you? Seems strange.

dont be a smart ass,,,,, you know what i mean
ARH1956 04-17-2008, 05:37 AM All I know for certain is that you have judged everyone in the US as inconsiderate because it seems one person has not responded to your email, LOL.
Jeep Trick 04-17-2008, 05:49 AM Who are you referring to? Sometimes the PM's aren't as effective as a phone call. The Bwoody guys have always picked up the phone and where very helpful.

when i open up in the morning, in these times of an economic slowdown every order is a blessing,, i wont name the companys involved on an open forum , but lets just say i am less than impressed

i would never do such a thing, i have friends in the US , ive visited there 15 years in a row , hell i got married in Orlando last August , just feel as if i am stuck between a rock and a hard place, the mods are hard to come by in Scotland and the guys ive emailed wont reply
Mango 04-17-2008, 07:42 AM For Borla exhausts, use www.borlaparts.com
For everything else, call BWoody, they will take care of you. Have you tried directly emailing the vendors? Maybe just because you run your business one way, dosn't mean everyone runs it the same...
brianm 04-17-2008, 07:48 AM yes mate ive emailed their HQ and on two occations the international reps ,
Street WK 04-17-2008, 09:22 AM I'll buy them and ship them to you (on your dime), if that's what you need. Unless you had actual questions to be answred.
bobizzle 04-17-2008, 09:54 AM Having a small business in the US, I can understand the "delay" in answering email from overseas. What you probably need/want is parts shipped to you. But when the vendor is calling around for shipping quotes, he get the same 'ol yadda yadda:
"It'll be X dollars plus any duty."
"How much is the duty?"
"We'll get back to ya"
Then no answers. Of course, then a million things that goes on in a small business happen (I'm sure you understand that), and the unfortunate bloke with a request from overseas gets overlooked. You can guarantee that your email are still sitting in the inbox, though! Not the answers you were looking for, but that's how it is. The telephone is way more effective, even if you have to stay up a few extra hours to do it.
Good luck!
Bob
