Well I was gonna wait until I had the jeep here in my hands and up to my standards before I claimed to be an owner but last night changed that for me. When I was 18 I decided I would buy some commercial property and in a year or so save up to buy an SRT8 out right. Two years later I made the purchase (04-10-2008) I bought an SRT8 out of NY that needs some TLC. After all this talk at dinner with my buddies of my plans I had and how I was going to wait until the exterior mods were done to post up pics it all came to crash last night.... Comming home I decided to cruise to the end of the culdesac and then I saw it... The mother F&^%K*^g neighbor bought a brand new 08/07 gc SRT! My biggest issue is I am a fan of rare cars and I have the only Ty for miles around, but there is an SRT just up the street! :confused::mad::mad:

Nah not yet Im gonna make sure its not the kids who lives there (hopefully a parent's). He had a mustang and its gone so I need to make it clear that the Ty is still the fastest in the neigborhood. Then we can be friends:cool:

I had the same thing with my amarillo edition F350. There were a limited number made of them(they are bright yellow) and I live in a town of 6000 people and there are 5 here :( I was pissed as I dont like to drive anything that looks like anyone elses

i wouldn't worry too much about it, its not like you bought a civic or a jetta. in Denver/Littleton/Highlands Ranch/Castle Rock you're going to be 1 out of 25 SRT8's.
