That's the first pic. that I've ever seen with the steering wheel on the right... Way Cool!

Wow, that looks like a lot of tourque and horsepower starting at those skinny backwheels, before the front assist, kicks some of that to the front.

Welcome to the club...I've had mine for a year, and It's the funnest car I've ever had.

T-Time,. id kill for proper wheels like you guys got, and I dont know what the exchange rate is but this truck cost me probably about $60000 !!

And they give us cheap wheels !! But we do get Nav as standard and the reverse cam.

I dont think there are any options :)

Hope You don't mind me putting a couple pics of my rig. The middle third pic. was Christmas, It was a joyous time. HaHa!

I'm on the otherside of the pond, Downtown Chicago.

Thought You might want to see the polished and wider back rim. I promise I'm not trying to rub it in.

Glad your enjoying them.

My Jeep looks just like yours. Leather interior, reverse camera, moonroof, automatic headlights. Brilliant black pearlcoat, 3,400 miles. This is the third grand cherokee i've had and it's fab. Hope you enjoy yours as much as me!

Thanks for the reply. Another member MARK 16 has HID lamps,so it's possible to upgrade if you want. Our models may be registered as 08's, they are actually 07 types. The 08's have been available in the US since the autumn, we in the UK are just about to get them. They will have the upgraded lights.

Hi Dran,

I have only seen one other black one in the UK so far & one silver. The silver one was in a dealers in Coventry & was fitted with a playstation in the rear!
Looks great in silver, or any colour they come in. Good to hear from you. Enjoy

Hi Shanno, that was where I saw the silver one, Listers. If you lived in the South I think you have to make a special order to get one. Glad you love it! All the best,Mike.

T-Time - Are you going to debadge that thing or what? It looks great, but could be a bit better without the JEEP on the front and rear.

yeah i think it is different down in the south. the dealer where i got mine only had two in stock. one for sale and the other was their MD's vehicle. i asked about others and they said that they only has those two and were not sure when they could order others. the good point of that is you can be sure that you wont see one every corner you turn! like Range Rovers etc. nice to have something different! and quicker!!!!!

MIKE SRT8
04-10-2008, 12:10 PM
Hi Bigman, Glass's values say a 2006 gc srt8 06 with 24000 miles would be: 17900 average condition , exc condition; 20250 below average con;15700. Retail would be £23250. New price was £40337.
Mike.

Cheers for that Mike, I guess thats not half bad going really, considering I doubt mine will have 6000 miles on it this time next year, I should still get 25k back on it.

Thanks again Mike

It's a Year old now... So a concern is that the Jeep will be faded into the paint.

I do wish the letters were smaller, or at least, update their emblem.
