Ok so i have made a few posts here before I drive an H3 and my lease is up and I have a pull ahead through GMAC which would waive the rest of my payments (3) and give me $1000 to purchase another new GM vehicle. SO I went to the local auto mall which had Cadillacs Chevys Hummers and was looking around. Saw a few Tahoes and Avalanches I liked and an SRX but as I was walking in between dealerships something caught my eye in the used car section. Yes a 2008 SRT Black fully loaded with 8500 miles on it. So I said hmmm. Looks to be in great condition and I test drove it and love it the only quirk I found was that the rear drivers side door would not unlock we had to unlock it from the outside. Is this common and fixable? Also the price on it is $38000. Should I jump at it or no is my question. I would lose the GMAC pull ahead offer so I would have to pay off the rest of my payments on the H3 and would lose the $1000 offer in incentives through GMAC because it isnt a GM vehicle. Any advice would be appreciated.

and the door lock problem was weird the salesman in the back couldnt get out even after we unlocked the doors i had to open the door from the outside then i sat in the back and the same thing the door was locked and wouldnt open unless someone opened it from the outside

Sounds to me like it could be the child safety lock. On the inside edge of the door is a little switch if you flip it to lock the door will not open from the inside. I f that is not it, who cares it will be covered under warranty.
