It was a long day, lots of LXs there but only THREE of the GCSRT8s were in representation, myself being one. I am disappointed in you guys;)

ANyway, I got a few runs in, I think I did a 13.4 at 102. My jeep os bone stock. More on that later. There was a hooked up GSM SRT8 with the blower and just about everything else. But I ll let him tell you about that (Unclgreggy);)

Fun night overall and we definitely surprised a few folks.

I have pics and vids of the whole thing, including my runs and the Supercharged SRT8, I ll post them tomorrow. You ll be surprised. Later

hey same here ....just got back 2 from englishtown....long day !!! but i think i did pretty good with my gc srt 8 overall ..i did a 13.3 at 102mph, but you will be surprise after what you hear what happen with the gs blower srt8...

What mods do you have?

I was there early, and didn't get a chance to bs. I was the other black GC. Bone stock I ran:

60" 1.9
ET 13.4
MPH 102.2

These seem like the #'s for our jeeps stock or lightly modded (CAI & cat back). I will say the 300M, Charger, ang Magnum SRT8's seem to run much better up top. 106-110 MPH. They go real good up top!

It was nice to meet you guys there, I also have pictures, will post them later.
I made it to the semi finals with my GC 5.7, I lost to that old Charger Omni or whatever that thing was, that guy was a pro at this bracket racing stuff, I lost to him by .05, he had won the previous week another event.
Still can't believe I was one of the last 4 cars there, the final was around 10:15 last night, it was a lot of fun, a Magnum won the final, it was a hell of a race, very close.

Def a great turnout indeed.
Well when there was a first meet for the 300's I believe there was only 3 members that showed up, not including myself.
It takes time, and hopefully the next meet there will be double if not triple or more GCsrt's there.
BTW, I may be going again on Nov 5, its a open competition day and any car can attend.

Problem is we will have to go down the list and eliminate things one by one. I took it out today and did manage to get one decent run without it cutting out. But there is an issue. I'm going back to the track to redeem myself as soon as it is taken care of. Judging from the way it left the line (broke the tires if you remember!) it should do very well once it is bug free. Needless to say I was very disappointed!

Ohh... I thought you said that the run you had against my jeep was that yours didn't come out the line because you have a size 13 foot and got stuck.

i was supposed to be there but my rear diff is getting worse and seems to have lost some powere but im getting that fixed by the dealer on the 17, hopefully i dont **** it up by driving but they said it'll be ok...definatly next event i will be there

no. I got held up yes. but when I did go the run was plagued by this problem.

ucnlgreggy a service rep at my dealer said they had a supercharged srt8 in there and it was doing the same thing

it was the transmission going into limp mode iirc. they did say they got it working perfectly though.

please get me the info on the dealer or your friends number. I need to know how they tackled it.
