You could buy it and do a dyno test...

IMO....no. I bought one for a 2001 Jeep GC and did not notice improvement in mileage or performance. But this is only one mans opinion.

Additionally I believe I read some months back in Consumer Reports Magazine they did a test on many "fuel saving" devices and found none of them delivered....including the spacer you ask about.

Save your money. Take your girlfriend or wife to dinner and you just might end up with a grin on your face.
