A GC SRT-8 with no option package 1. I was really looking for one of these because of the no sun roof and added head room that would give, I'm 6'8". The only thing I don't like is the sh!tty looking HVAC controls. Oh yeah that red rock looks killer in those pictures.

You do know that they removed the sunroof from Option Package 1 this year, right??? Good luck finding one without special ordering it, but the sunroof is a stand-alone, $800 option for 2007... So you can get everything (nav radio, rear entertainment, etc.) without getting a sunroof. :D
jms935 10-03-2006, 11:25 AM '06 was inferno red. '07 is red rock. You need to have the seller clarify what year the vehicle is. It states on the auction in different places it is an '06 and '07. If he tells you it is red rock on an '06 he is mistaken, and vica versa for the inferno red.
its definetly an 07. I like the sun roof I would just rather have the 3 inches of head room.

The one in this auction is most definately an 07. It is Red Rock Crystal Pearl coat color, has the body color painted bumper inserts and the single rear lights (i.e. brake lights/turn signals) rather than the two separate ones for each side in the 06

Once i saw those HVAC controls in the 06's with no option package 1 my mind was made up. suffer with less head room. sorry but those controls look awful.

How does everyone feel about MDS?
~~~ I am a horsepower fanatic; I want my power all the time.
Sure pressing a button is fairly simple, but it is one more thing to do. For example, at a red light, do you want to turn off the AC, switch to AutoStick (if preferred), turn off traction control, and then turn off MDS?
WOT, I know the computer is supposed to kick in all cylinders, but I have heard there is a lag on some systems.
Gas mileage is not crucial to me, so MDS is not imperative.
What do you think???

I'll remove if it offends to many people, but I must admit that I get a good chuckle everytime I look at it. If that makes me a bad person, then I don't want to be good.
