Someone should DVR this for us, and then make a WMA or MPG out of it for us. :-D

Just set my DVR.

This may be old news for all of you but you can go to http://www.srtadrenalinetour.com/ and get a free copy of the SRT Adrenaline Tour DVD which features the SRT-8 GC test drive up Pikes Peak. They played the entire DVD in a recent episode of Hot Rod TV.

Did you guys notice the delayed shift during Motorweek review for the first 0-60 accel? You can here the truck launch, but has a 2 second delay before shifting to 2nd.
It's happend to me a couple of times - I'm at a stop light thinking it's in auto, forgetting I was just using manual Then I gun it and the rev-limiter kicks in (thank God). Kind of embarrassing:o

I also noticed the slow change , the front of the truck dips markedly before taking off again.

is that a trait of the auto, or because they were using the manualy controlled sift ?

It's because they were in manual mode. I hate when that happens.

Yeah that "street test" video was nice but you can't really hear the engine, especially with the guy blabbering on about this and that, so I just made my own version of the video... check it out:
