I guess a stock corvette shouldn't pull that hard from the jeep... I would say it's a C5 Z06...Thanks !

Tell ya what, if that was a Z06, I think it's awesome that the Jeep gets that kind of jump on it off the line. I love it!

looks like a c6 to me (dash & angular look of the mirror and rear qtr shot at the end of the vid). can't see anything that would tell if it's a z06 or not though.

Took my 06 c6 z06 and my jeep srt8 to the track, the jeep got 1.85 60 ft time, the best I did with my corvette was 2.01 60 ft. My buddy drove my jeep and I was in the vette, lets just say you start to worry in the vette when you see the jeep take off, mind you the vette cought up quickly and its not even a race after that. Jeep 13.42 @102 vette 11.78 @124

The GC srt gets a sick jump off the line but after that the corvette walked away like it was nothing.

BTW, there is no way that was a stock C6. 0-60 is mid 4's. That's close to the SRT, which is 4.6. Either the C6 was worked on or it was a Z06.

A standard Corvette C6 would put the smack down on a GC SRT8 also.

Incorrect.

The stock C6 has a higher HP/weight ratio than the SRT8 GC. Thus, with a 0-60 of 4.2 seconds and a 1/4 mile in the mid 12's, the RWD C6 Vette would lose to the Jeep from a dig, but that is all.

listen closely to the 2-3 shift after the windows go up. Sounds like an auto to me. That would make it the a4 or a6 c-6 auto (non z06), probably with mods. I saw an auto c6 at gville raceway have a difficult time getting out of the 13's last week, so theres no way he pulled a gcsrt8 like that stock.

Rutiger is right. It is a C6, you can tell by the dash and angular panels of the rear qtr. also it says Corvette on the dash.

That was a C6 A6. They trap 113-114 bone stock. The Jeep is just going to get walked badly by something that traps 5-6MPH higher.
