I was in Germany circia 1993 and saw a '80 Camaro, baby blue (ick), chalky/dull paint, rust around the wheelwells, so-so vinyl interior. Around here (at the time) probably woulda sold for $1,200 or less. The sticker price was almost $15k USD!!
