Not enough info to 'diagnose' your problem, feel free to send me a PM with the procedure you used and any error message you received. The most common issues are trying to upload a pic that is not a file that is stored elsewhere and not a file that resides on your PC; also an image that is beyond the size allowed.

So I clicked on reply to your message, went to additional options, manage files, attempted to upload a 147KB jpg file from my computer, and it would just hang on the upload part, no or little network activity. I check my firewall settings, checked my browser settings. I couldn't get past upload using firefox or explorer. No error message would come up either.

Do a hard refresh (CTRL F5) and try again, if still no luck do a full log out (Log Out from the Nav bar) to delete cookies, log back in then try again... Good luck, let me know.
