We're always saying "nobody knows what an SRT-8 is"... so why not try to pull one over on the bank and sell the SRT stuff to somebody else? Not saying I agree with the strategy, but it doesn't seem unlikely to me. I give the seller kudos for telling us what the car is missing. Somebody without ethics would have slapped a few SRT-8 badges on it to bring it back to life and tried to sell it for what it once was instead of plainly stating what it now is. I think it's a buy.
