I was told on ordering my SRT-8 it would take 6-8 months to get in. Could this be true? and why soooo long!?

It will only take 6 to 8 months if your dealer doesn't get any allocation. If he gets an allocation, he will get it in 6 weeks or so (on average).

I'm getting my 07 in 2-3 weeks. ordered it back in June. I recently called another dealer just for the hell of it to see how long they would take and the guy told me 4 mths at least. I'm up in Montreal, Canada.

Last week, I was at 2 different dealerships asking about ordering an 07 and both Sales Managers quoted me 6-8 weeks.

I ordered mine about three weeks ago ,they told me 8-9 weeks.
