Seems to me that the 07 GC's have atleast double the amount of electrical issues than 06's & 08's.

I have a 07, not one electrical problem to date.

I have put 6500 miles on my 07 and it has been perfect.

electrical problems- not once never- why what kinds of problems are your hearing about?

None on my '07....oops, the air bag fuse was not fully seated and the air bag light would come on from time to time.
Actually, I may be the culprit on that one.

Well seems like for 1 limp mode is happening to more 07 vehicles than any other years

My service park assist, cooling circuit fan malfunction, and a couple of other messages that have appeared for no "apparent" reason in 15,000 miles.

Have u checked the build date on the door. I'm wondering if there is any correlation around the time the Chyrsler employees threatened to strike. Disgruntled employees may have put a lot less effort on their worksmanship and what better model to do it on but on Jeeps Flagship performance truck.
