Has anyone run against other SRT8's such as a 300 or Charger?

I raced a 300 up to 80 and he was behind me the entire time and I kept on pulling away from him.When he caught up to me at the next light I got a big thumbs up:D

I ran into a friend that works at the local Jeep/Chrysler dealership and he said they run the 300C SRT8s and the GCs whenever they can and the GCs always win. He wondered why. I said it was the AWD and gearing and he shrugged.

There's a bunch of Magnum, Charger, and 300 SRT8s around town so I'm sure I'll be lucky enough to cach a stop light with one soon.

It usually goes like this from a dead dig... The Grand Cherokee jumps out to a two or three car lead off the line and the 300C usually runs it down by about 60-70 MPH.

It usually goes like this from a roll... The 300C slowly walks away from just about any speed.

At the SRT Nats this year they were all fairly close in the 1/4 mile
GC jumps out first, but weight and aero pulls on it by half track

13.3-13.7 covered most of the quick 8 IIRC and that was a mix
of MAG/300/Ch and GC's

The winner was more about fast vs slow in each line and how that
particular one shifted. Heat soak would make enough difference to
have one body style win over the other too.
