Hi Everyone,

I purchased my '08 SRT8 in early October and have been extremely happy I waited (with exception to the gas mileage, of course!). I ordered all available options MyGig, Roof, Xenons, etc - wished I could have gotten the Kicker and the Red Calipers, both of which seem to be mid year production items, but oh well. I came from owning lots of German cars, the most recent 2 being a 2006 911 Carrera 4 (997) and a 2005 M3 Convertible. I recently had a mobile auto detailer (named Buff Auto Appearance www.buffautoappearance.com) and highly recommend his services. He's detail oriented, about as anal as I am (cleans the insides of the wheels, as an example). By the way, no affiliation whatsoever.

I thought I'd be bored after a few months but the grin is still there, and after Saturday's detail, I find myself just admiring it in the garage. In any event, here are a few photos. Hope you enjoy.

looks awesome. never been a huge fan of the silver but that looks dam good. i suggest getting rid of the fishing rod antenna for your next mod. Thanks for the pics, they are always apreciated.

Hmmmm, me thinks Silver IS the best color. Now if I can just get my garage that cherry.

Actually, the stubbie antenna was going to be my first mod, but I heard lots about the '08's having different thread sizes than the '06 - '07's so I held off. Haven't bothered to research it any further, but I guess I will, since I do agree the "fishing rod look" has to go.

Very nice... I like the epoxy floor treatment also.

Very, Very nice. It does look white in the garage...now I can see why that wasn't a color option...silver is sweet! Nice detail!
