Just yesterday when I was taking my old Grand Cherokee to its new Owner...so sad to see it go....I was following my dad who was driving my
SRT8 and I noticed a 300 series SRT8 cruise by but then once I saw the back badge it wasnt an SRT8 Badge, it was SRTDIESEL, with the same style of the standard badge. Was I hallucinating, are these european editions that have yet to be released in the US?...or did this guy just fabricate a new badge?

I think it said "SRTDESIGN", a dealer option that includes the wheels, bumpers, etc,, but not the 6.1.

Are you sure it did not say SRTDesign? They are making 300C's with the entire SRT8 appearance package just not what counts. The badge looks just like the SRT8 badge except it says SRTDesign.

Any SRT vehicle with a big ol' Cummins diesel and a Banks system would be awesome, plus the benefit of using biodiesel.

Considering the size of the font on that badge and the fact that there is not even a rumor, let alone production, of an SRT diesel, I'm sure you're mistaken. Look for it around town again.
