Press the park assist button again.

What Inferno said, that should do it. If there was a problem with the park assist it would say service park assist, sounds like you just hit the button by accident.

When I tried to turn it back on, it would flash some "service" text.



The eye was dirty, most likely from wax build-up from the touchless car wash. I should have searched, I found Untouchable's post...

I have the same problem. It flashes "Service Park Assist" everytime I start. I will try and clean the eyes.....

Ever since I got the beast I have never seen the Park Assist LED's. I hear the chime when I am backing up but no LED's. Where are the LED's located? Is it on top of the rear view mirror?

They are located on the headliner, by the rear view window,

It must be missing from mine? What I have is the rear view mirror and a "unit" attached to the windshield which I think are the sensors for the high beam. Is there supposed to be a trim at the edge of the headliner on top of the windshield? Do you have pictures?
