This guy doesn't seem to be a believer. I know that some of you posted positive results before. Anyone else use n2?

Hey!!!
I use it. I get it put in for free on all my new tires & wheels. They also will adjust as needed for free but they do usually charge others for the lifetime fillup which is 15.00 a tire.
Can you tell a difference?? Doubtful. It does however require less adjustments as basic air. I've seen this in all the tires where I used N2. I especially like to use in tires with TPS since there is virtually no condensation buildup in the tires. Which in my eyes, is reason enough. If you were to check with some fleet vehicles. Most of them have switched over years ago. They say it gets 5% better fuel economy not that this is a great number to us but I suppose they justify it with the fact they are running 100's of vehicles over the road and gas savings would help them.

had pressure problems, tried it to fix the issue. Didn't work. haha not the N2s fault though. I've only heard good stuff about it...

i put nitrogen in my tires (get it free from work)it does stay at set pressure better than regular air but no difference in ride or anything.

my 08 came with it, I notice that the pressure is varying about 3 psi all over. Depending is im going 130 or hitting a turn.... I've only had my jeep for 10 hours....hAHA

Obviously the guy in the link is pushing CO2. You can tell he only really uses CO2 as the tanks he did the tests in were designed for CO2 and not for use with compressed air or nitrogen. (Did I say that I play paintball alot?) Not a big deal though for the purposes of the test as the pressures were so low. Anyway, I use nitrogen just for the simple fact I can get it at work fairly cheep and it's not a mixture of other molicules so the pressures stay very consistant.
Even though he did his little pressure tests, the fact of the matter is that "air" is a mixture of nitrogen, oxygen, CO2 and many others. Just in lesser quantities. For all practical purposes, the common person will not notice anything other then a better control of tire pressure under varying temperature conditions. It will not give you a better ride or any of that other BS.
Just food for thought though, why do they put nitrogen in all race car tires?
